Terms of Service and Data Use

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Nature of service

Mc Healthcare Consultancy, through My Insurance Expert Services, provides insurance claim guidance and a free information tool that compiles cashless network, PPN and excluded-hospital lists published by Indian insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs), with ROHINI hospital IDs where those lists include them. The tool is for general information for policyholders, employers, HR teams and advisers.

2. Not medical, legal or financial advice

The information on this website is for general reference only. It is not medical advice, legal advice or a binding evaluation of any insurance claim. Advice on a specific matter is given only after we review your documents and agree to take it up. Mc Healthcare Consultancy is not an insurer, a TPA, an insurance intermediary or a regulator, and does not decide claims.

3. Accuracy and sources of data

Hospital lists are collected periodically from insurers’ and TPAs’ own websites and published lists; the collection date is shown on each page. Because networks change frequently, Mc Healthcare Consultancy gives no guarantee, representation or warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness or current validity of any listing. The inclusion of a hospital, or its absence, is not a statement about the quality of that hospital or the outcome of any claim. Always confirm cashless status and claim approval with your insurer or TPA before admission or any financial decision.

4. Excluded hospitals

A hospital shown as excluded appears on a list published by the named insurer. The exclusion applies only to that insurer’s policies, and the insurer’s own policy terms apply (including payment of expenses up to stabilisation in a life-threatening emergency or after an accident). It is not a finding of wrongdoing by Mc Healthcare Consultancy. If a hospital believes a listing is out of date, it may write to us with the insurer’s current confirmation and we will review it promptly.

5. My claims accounts and communications

The My claims tracker is free. If you sign in with your email, your tracked claims are stored in your account so you can see them on your devices; see the Privacy note. We send you sign-in codes and messages about requests you make. We send tips and updates only if you tick the optional box to receive them, and you can stop them at any time by replying to any message or writing to narinder.khanna@mchealthcareinsuranceservices.com.

6. Your use of the website

Use the website lawfully and do not copy the hospital lists in bulk for resale, attempt to access other people’s accounts, or interfere with the website’s operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mc Healthcare Consultancy is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the hospital lists or general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
