Privacy note

When you use the “Discuss my claim” form, we receive your name, mobile number, city, insurer, policy type, claim status and your short description. We use these only to contact you about your claim.

We do not sell or share your details with insurers, brokers or advertisers. Form submissions are stored by our website host (Netlify) and in our email. Ask us at narinder.khanna@mchealthcareinsuranceservices.com to delete your details at any time.

We send occasional insurance tips and updates only if you tick the optional box on the form. You can stop them at any time.

If you sign up for list updates, we keep your email, city and the role you chose, and use them only to send those updates. Reply “stop” to any update email to unsubscribe.

Please do not put medical reports, Aadhaar, PAN or bank details in the form. We will ask for documents separately if they are needed.

The hospital finder runs in your browser. The PIN code you type to find nearby hospitals is not sent to us.

My claims tracker. If you do not sign in, claims you record in the “My claims” column stay only in this browser on this device; clearing your browser data deletes them.

If you sign in with your email, your email address and the claims you record are stored in your account with our database provider (Supabase), so you can see them on any device. Only you can read them: our staff do not view them, and they are not shared with insurers or anyone else. Use “Delete all my saved claims” in the column to erase them at any time, or email us to delete your account.

Your tracked claims reach us only if you choose “Discuss with us” and then submit the form or WhatsApp message.
